The Challenge: Building Trust & Authority In Amazon Coaching Domain & Grow A Brand New Business
Prosync Edu was started in early 2022 when Amar Bedi decided to share his learning and insights and help aspiring entrepreneurs how to start selling on Amazon profitably.
While most other support systems were busy primarily selling consulting services, Amar chose to try a new path: he decided to launch an academy that coached people step by step on how to build a profitable Amazon selling business.
With the academy, he was planning to offer an extensive course on how to sell on Amazon using the FBA method. He had the first version of the course content ready but wanted to offer something even better. As Amar Bedi says – Content creation is a continuous process.
‘I was planning to go the traditional route to launch a course with content that my learners would want – planning the curriculum, shooting and editing videos to launch my courses. That’s when I asked myself – This could take months. So I thought to myself – How do I start helping people now and monetize my knowledge?”
Solution: Build Authority & A Coaching Brand Using The Knorish Webinar Funnel
Amar realized that the fastest strategy to build authority in the industry and a strong coaching brand was with a live webinar funnel.

Instead of using multiple tools to build a webinar funnel, Amar built the entire funnel using the Knorish Funnel Builder. He started by designing the webinar landing page on his Knorish account. Then he started running ads on Facebook and Instagram to promote the workshop.
By conducting a webinar as the first entry point towards his sales funnel, he was able to generate high-quality leads faster. During the webinar, he shared detailed information on the exact strategies that his audience can use to get started quickly.
At the end of the webinar, he encouraged people to learn about Amazon selling in-depth from his 3 months long workshop.
Since the webinar and the live online sessions in the workshop were conducted using the Zoom webinar integration on Knorish, he didn’t require a separate Zoom webinar license for that purpose! The webinar was a huge success and Amar was able to get a massive 15% Upsell Conversion from his webinar audience.
Going Beyond The First Webinar To Automate Sales
With the success and learning from the first webinar, Amar repeated the webinars on a weekly basis to get more people to join his community of aspiring Amazon sellers and learn from him.
When the workshop was launched for the first time, it comprised 12 live sessions that were recorded and saved. Today, those live workshop sessions have been repurposed to become his recorded course content that he now sells to his webinar audience each week.

Using the ‘Drip Content’ feature on Knorish for the individual session recordings to be made available one by one as they were getting completed.
Using the automation features in Knorish, learners are automatically sent notification emails each time a new recorded session is unlocked. This ensures learners can see the upcoming content, and learn as soon as the content is made available.
With his course content ready, Amar has an automated sales system ready wherein he simply decides on the number of weekly webinars he needs to do each month to meet his revenue goals.
